The OneMama Clinic

The OneMama Clinic is as busy as ever! We remain the only government endorsed health clinic with a traditional midwife at its core in Uganda. As word of mouth spreads, our team of 6 directors, 2 onsite nurses, and traditional midwife Mama Jamira service a growing client base.

We are excited to announce The OneMama Clinic will be expanding health services! In addition to our existing malaria prevention partnership with Soft Power Health, OneMama will be partnering with other organizations to add new family planning services, dentistry, and host a monthly surgical team for onsite operations.

Congratulations to our OneMama Board of Directors in Uganda for paving a sustainable future for our pilot clinic with these new partnerships!

Siobhan is preparing for another trip to Africa this June-July to take these expansive partnerships to the next level. This is why we need your donations and pledges more than ever!
Please help OneMama finish building the OneMama Community Center

On the Road to Success in a Vintage Pink Dodge

Siobhan had the privilege of being featured by Emmy Award Winner, Mike Kepka, in the SF Gate and SF Chronicle. For those of you who know Siobhan, you definitely have met Miss Betty Bo Rock Bop, the 1958 Dodge Coronet who has been one of the few constants in Siobhan's life since the age of 17. In addition to the beautiful article, Kepka also produced a video short, chronicling Siobhan and Betty's journey. "I feel like me and Betty are now like two old girls out on the road... looking back, I can't believe we made it through all of this," says Siobhan. But as Kepka so poetically commented, "cars are people too."
